I’m Yvonne, a communications professional with a single reputation: I get things done.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked alongside CEOs, executive teams and senior leaders to turn complex ideas, cultural ambition and organisational change into communication that people genuinely connect with.
I specialise in helping organisations bring their vision to life, from strengthening culture and employee experience to driving engagement through major transformation. Whether I’m shaping communication strategies, listening to understand what truly matters, elevating leadership visibility, launching new platforms or amplifying employee voice, my focus is always the same: clarity, connection and measurable impact.
I’ve worked across financial services, energy, the public sector and international corporate environments, but the common thread through it all is people. I’m at my best when partnering with leaders to untangle challenges, navigate change and create communication that builds trust, alignment and action.
